The D system offers complete control of port type injectors on 2,3,4,5,6, and 8 cylinder engines plus 2 and 3 rotor Wankels and many 2 stroke engines. RPM ranges to 9750 or 15,000 are available. EM-3 can control fuel on engines with up to 30 psi of boost. Installation of the D system is simple and quick, just 2 grounds, 2 powers and the tach wire hookup. All other sensor hookups are straight plug-ins with the supplied wiring harness and pre-installed connectors. |

The example to the right shows the programmer in one of three gauge modes. These modes allow you to monitor essential sensor inputs in real-time for programming purposes. The gauge button permits you to jump between the points that you are programming and back to gauge, allowing you to establish where the ECU is currently operating for re-programming of that point. Parameters are selected by pressing the { |

The example to the left displays the RPM FUEL parameter, range 3750. The +1, -1, +10 and -10 buttons allow you to change each value number in the lower right of the LCD window by that amount each time it is depressed or very rapidly by holding it down. The value may be any number between 0 and 255 for most parameters. The larger the value, the more fuel will be injected at that parameter and range. Values can be changed with the engine off or running and are reliably retained in memory forever, even with no power to the unit. Ignition values are entered directly in crankshaft degrees. |

The E system offers control of both fuel injection and ignition timing in a single, integrated package. Ignition is crank triggered with capability to 9750 rpm. It is programmable in 250 rpm increments and provides 64 locations for ignition retard on turbocharged applications. OEM style ignition wires can be used. For V8 and high boost applications, the system is configured to trigger an MSD-6A directly from the ECU. MSD 2 step rev limiters are compatible with the E system. An MSD Blaster 2 coil is included in non-MSD systems but not included with MSD configured units. The E system requires fabrication of a bracket to mount the crank sensor and installation of trigger magnets into the crank pulley. |

The F4 system offers control of fuel delivery and ignition timing on 4 cylinder engines to 9750 rpm (15,000
ptional). Its crank triggered, direct fire coil pack replaces both distributor type ignition as well as OEM distributorless systems. Like the E system, it is programmable in 250 rpm increments with 64 locations for ignition retard on turbocharged engines. The standard F delivers a powerful, long duration spark and is suitable for use on engines with specific outputs of up to 200 hp/liter. Special versions allow the use of dual channel MSD CD and rev limiter boxes for drag racing and super high output applications. All F models come complete with coils and crank triggers. Fabrication of a crank sensor mount and installation of trigger magnets are required. |
